Valerie Daly is Vice President of Customer Services at eOriginal, the leading platform for creating, managing, and monetizing trusted digital loans.
Val has been driving customer success since 1995 and leading the eOriginal Customer Services team since 2003. In her role, she provides the communication bridge between technology and business stakeholders and defines the strategic vision and the path to fulfill that vision. As the customer advocate, Val is responsible for identifying client needs to the product roadmap.
She began her career as a technology and process consultant with Accenture and has held management positions on technology projects in the government and private sectors. Prior to joining eOriginal, Val served as Services Director at Sequoia Software. Her background in solution development, methodology, and customer satisfaction has provided the foundation for the eOriginal Customer Services team’s approach to customer success.
Val earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from James Madison University.
