Employee Spotlight: Kari Boone, Account Executive

Posted on by

eOriginal is a great place to work filled with even greater people. We wanted to take a moment each month to recognize the dedicated individuals that shape our company with an Employee Spotlight blog series. Each person at eOriginal makes a difference, and they all deserve a moment to shine!

This month we are featuring Account Executive, Kari Boone. Kari has been with eOriginal for over a year and has seen great success putting her sales and account management skills to use. Anyone that attended the 2016 LeaseTeam Users’ Conference may have seen her speaking with attendees about the value of Digital Transaction Management. If you are an Equipment Leasing, or Student Lending company, she’s your girl to talk to!

Q: What do you like most about eOriginal?

Kari: The people. Everyone is genuinely invested in each other’s success. Also, our office is located in the best building in Charm City [The Warehouse at Camden Yards].

Q: What are your three most overused words/phrases?

Kari: Do you know what I mean?

Traffic on 95 is so bad today.

Right.

Q: Any favorite line from a movie or quote?

Kari: “I don’t know how to put this but I’m kind of a big deal. People know me. I’m very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.” – Ron Burgundy, Anchorman.

Q: If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?

Kari: August 18, 1920, which is the day the 19th Amendment was ratified and all American women were guaranteed the right to vote.

Q: People would be surprised if they knew.

Kari: I’m really a tomboy. I’m happiest outside with my Muck Boots on and a fishing rod in hand or blasting Metallica on a back-country road.

Q: What book did you read last?

Kari: My 7-year-old has mandated that we only read books about kittens at this time.

I think we can all agree that Kari most certainly is a big deal. She’s done great things, and has worked extremely hard in her time at eOriginal. It will be exciting to see what the future holds for her!
