SmartSign captures the electronic signature(s), digitally secures it to the contract, and creates a tamper evident seal around the entire document.

SmartSign keeps you up to date on the progress of your deals, and enables users to dynamically retrieve copies of their signed documents. Users can view up to date status of all outstanding contracts, or retrieve a detailed history report of all signature activities right within SalesForce. SmartSign supports initiating the signature process from any Account or Opportunity.
