eCore Platform
The eCore platform is the foundation for all other modules for managing legally admissible and enforceable documents throughout their lifecycle. eCore co-exists with other internal document generation systems (e.g. Origination, Doc Prep, CMS, Doc Management) and downstream lifecycle management systems (e.g. CRM, Servicing, Portfolio Management, Imaging).
eCore is an enterprise class Java J2EE application that has been used to capture millions of electronic signatures and manages tens of millions of transactions and documents across a variety of industries. eCore has been integrated into simple or complex business processes through its industry-leading collection of programmable web services.
The eCore platform is a multi-tenant application by design. The architecture offers unmatched flexibility and high configurability. Customers use the Command Center application to tailor eCore-based solutions for any industry or application. Every aspect of the application – document types, transaction types, status values, roles, groups, business processes, task mapping, retention policies, permissions, and more can be configured to meet your requirements.

eCore enables role based permissions to govern access control and privileges to authorized users to manage business transactions and documents throughout their lifecycle.
PKI Security
eCore provides an integrated set of PKI features for managing digital certificates, applying and verifying digital signatures, and encryption. The certification status service offers extensible plug-ins for communication with a variety of Certificate Authorities to retrieve certificate revocation lists or dynamic OCSP certificate verification.

Legal admissibility and enforceability of electronically signed documents require an iron clad audit trail. The eCore audit system records all activities taken on a document throughout its lifecycle.

eCore verifies the integrity of your documents using the tamper-evident digital signature applied to every document managed by the system. Each time a document is accessed, through our web applications or web services, eCore verifies the tamper seal signature prior to completing the requested actions.
