eOriginal to Provide Financial Asset Management Expertise
at LendIt Europe 2015

BALTIMORE, MD. and LONDON — eOriginal, the digital transaction experts, announced today that the company is exhibiting at the second annual LendIt Europe 2015 Conference, Europe’s largest annual gathering of the online lending community, alongside its partner DocuSign.

The two-day London-based conference will take place on October 20 to 21 at the Hilton London Metropole. Attracting marketplace lenders, service platform providers and investors across the globe, LendIt Europe features keynotes and panelist discussions, networking opportunities and, for the first year ever, a full-day Peer-to-Peer Finance Association (P2PFA) Summit as part of the event.

New to the European marketplace lending arena, eOriginal is no stranger to alternative financing, as an active participant in the U.S. sector. As regulatory scrutiny of the U.S.-based market grows, eOriginal has responded to the concerns of compliance and risk management by delivering a system that provides unique authoritative copies of financial assets, allowing lenders to build certainty into their lending practices.

eOriginal’s eAsset® Management solutions enhance financial flexibility and mitigate risk. By securitizing every financial asset for the lifecycle of the loan, eOriginal provides security and compliance that mirror mass exchange.

“Already working closely with a multitude of partners in the U.S. marketplace lending space, eOriginal is excited to explore how we can expand our market reach to overseas,” said Stephen Bisbee, president and CEO of eOriginal. “We look forward to growing our relationship with DocuSign at LendIt Europe and are confident that this will be the beginning of new endeavors with the global DocuSign team.”

eOriginal and DocuSign already work with several leading marketplace lenders, including SoFi, ApplePie Capital, Freedom Financial, FinanceIt and more. Attendees can visit booth 5C to connect with DocuSign’s and eOriginal’s Digital Transaction Management experts. eOriginal’s David Young, Enterprise Sales Director, and Randy Crow, Vice President of Sales, will be onsite to educate attendees on the benefits marketplace lenders can reap by adopting a robust asset management system.

“Our partnership with eOriginal has always been a great success and we look forward to meeting with top lenders within the alternative financing industry to build new lasting relationships,” said Matt Willis, area VP – Commercial Sales of DocuSign.
