Stephen F. Bisbee
President & CEO
Stephen F. Bisbee serves as president and CEO of eOriginal, Inc., is a founder of eOriginal and is co-inventor of the eOriginal technologies. He oversaw the creation of unique eOriginal solutions enabling the efficiencies of fully digital commerce and continues to lead the growth of eOriginal.
Steve initiated the development of secure technology systems integrating business processes and legal parameters to enable the first fully electronic, multiparty mortgage, lease, and international trade transactions in the late 1990’s. In conjunction with creating and deploying these platforms, Steve was one of a small group of innovative legal experts that created the framework for the model Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and sections of the Uniform Commercial Code enabling electronic signatures and records to be utilized in commerce. He supported the development of the ESIGN Act which provides a similar federal broad based legal foundation for these transformative processes. He is also the lead inventor for 109 patents issued in 41 countries protecting the proprietary eOriginal methods and processes for creation, transferability, management, access, maintenance, compliance and legal ownership of Electronic Original® documents.
As a pioneer in digital transaction management and its subset technologies, such as electronic signature, vaulting and transaction services, Steve has testified before Congress, presented to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the Federal Reserve Board, state legislators, Fortune 500 companies, industry associations and others to share his unique experience and insights into the technological, business and legal applications of digital transformation, including the American Financial Services Association in development of standards for electronic processes and the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA). He serves on the ELFA Task Force on Electronic Chattel Paper and Documents, and has served various American Bar Association committees addressing legal standards for electronic commerce.
As a founding Member, Past-Chairman, current Board member and Chair of the Membership Committee, he is also a constant force assisting the rapidly growing Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA), and was honored by ESRA in 2014 with the organization’s first Cornerstone Award for his pioneering achievements in electronic commerce.
Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Boston College School of Law, where he became a founding member of the Business Advisory Council.
Gary B. Wood
Gary B. Wood, Ph. D., serves as as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of eOriginal, Inc. and its parent company, Paperless Transaction Management, Inc., and has served as a Director since the inception of eOriginal in April 1996. Gary is co-founder of eOriginal and also the President and the majority shareholder of Concorde Capital Corporation, a private equity investment management and mutual funds group he founded in 1987.
Additionally, Gary is the Chairman of the International Hospital Corporation, a multinational for-profit hospital company. He has extensive experience in investor-driven, start–up companies in manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, energy and e-commerce, as well as in capital markets and serves on the boards of several private companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas as a member of the Investment Committee and is a member and past chairman of the Society of International Business Fellows. He also served on the Board of Managers and the Budget and Finance Committee for the Parkland Health and Hospital System (Dallas County Hospital District) for six years and as a board member of Baylor University Medical Center Research Institute for ten years.
Gary holds a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering, and an interdisciplinary Doctorate of Philosophy from Texas Tech University.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Responsible for driving sales and business development activities in new markets and partner alliances at eOriginal, Randy Crow has nearly 30 years of experience leading enterprise sales for both blue chip technology companies and startups.
Randy joined eOriginal after 10 years in executive sales at Open Text and Tripwire. He was most recently Vice President in North America’s enterprise content management (ECM) and business process management (BPM) industries, responsible for the overall business operations, strategy and sales for Open Text’s industry team of Public Sector, encompassing federal, state and local government, utilities and higher education. He began his career at Xerox before holding high-profile executive roles leading sales and operations at Quest Software, Business Objects and Sybase.
He has earned a M.S. in Business and Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Chief Financial Officer
Robert Edwards comes to eOriginal with more than 30 years of experience in financial and accounting management with rapid growth, technology-oriented companies that navigated dynamic, challenging environments.
As eOriginal’s Chief Financial Officer, Bob provides leadership in administrative, financial, and risk management operations, including the development of financial and operational strategies and the advanced development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Prior to joining eOriginal, he served as CFO at iMapData where he developed an internal finance and accounting organization to replace outsourced functionalities, coordinated equity capital raises and the recent merger and acquisition of PlanetRisk, managed human resources functionality and negotiated and implemented a multi-million dollar bank line of credit with Silicon Valley Bank. Bob continues to serve as a member of the board of directors of iMapData.
Bob began his professional career at Arthur Andersen, holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Vice President of Strategic Development
Jim Tebay has extensive experience as a business development executive and consultant with a wide variety of technology software and services companies. He is responsible for business development activities in new markets and partner alliances.
Prior to joining eOriginal, Jim served in a organizational and business development consulting capacity for one of the largest BPO firms in the US, Vice President Sales and Marketing for Identitech, a knowledge management software company, Vice President Marketing/Business Development for DocuCorp International, an insurance, financial services and billing software firm, Regional VP of Sales and Vice President Strategic Marketing for Telxon Corporation, a leading international handheld computer manufacturer and was Manager of Consulting for Development Dimensions International, an international HR consulting firm.
Jim holds a B.A. from Duquesne University and lives in Asheville, NC.
Vice President of Customer Services
Valerie Daly has been driving customer success since 1995 and has been defining and growing the eOriginal Customer Services team since 2003. In her role, she provides the communication bridge between technology and business stakeholders and aids them in defining, not only the strategic vision, but the path to achieving that vision. Acting as the customer advocate on the product management team, Val is responsible for relaying customer needs to the product roadmap.
She began her career as a technology and process consultant with Accenture, formerly Anderson Consulting. She has held management positions on technology projects in the government and private sectors, and, prior to joining eOriginal, served as Services Director at Sequoia Software. Val's background in solution development, methodology, and customer satisfaction defines the foundation for the eOriginal Customer Services team's approach to driving customer success.
She graduated from James Madison University, with a degree in Business Management and currently fulfills several leadership roles as a volunteer at her children's school.
Vice President of Software Engineering
Adam Attinello has served as eOriginal's Director of Software Engineering since January 2012. In this role, he is responsible for the development, planning, and execution of eOriginal's core product lines. Adam started with the company in 2006 as Quality Assurance Automation Engineer while attending the University of Maryland Baltimore County's Computer Science undergraduate program.
After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Adam became eOriginal's Lead Quality Assurance Engineer and Application Specialist. He quickly excelled in this position helping to deploy, manage, and maintain several customer environments. In June of 2008, he joined eOriginal's Product Management Team as the Manager of Software Engineering.
Elizabeth S. McClure
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
In her role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for eOriginal, Elizabeth McClure provides legal advice and counsel to the Board of Directors and Company executives, and manages the Company's intellectual property portfolio of patents, trademarks and copyright registrations. Liz has been with eOriginal for 14 years, starting as Assistant General Counsel in October 2005. She has brought to her role an extensive background in both licensing on demand and on premises software solutions and in the impact of privacy compliance on technology company operations.
She has also served as General Counsel with Chesapeake System Solutions, Inc., a company offering financial reconciliation, unclaimed property compliance, commercial bank account analysis, and corporate treasury software solutions on an enterprise and an on demand basis. In her role, she focused on coordination of contract management and compliance from prospect generation through termination or expiration, and successfully negotiated high value enterprise and SaaS agreements with multinational corporations.
Earlier, Liz was an Associate with the law firm of Bowie & Jensen, LLC in Towson, Maryland, specializing in meeting the transactional needs of privately-held, small to medium sized technology companies. In that capacity she focused on technology licensing and services agreements, compliance with privacy laws and regulations such as HIPAA and GLB, and prosecuting trademark applications for registration.
She is eOriginal's designated representative for the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA) and served as its Secretary from 2014 through 2016. In addition, Liz is a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland Bar Association. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Phi Beta Kappa from University of Maryland College Park, and her Juris Doctor degree with Honors from University of Maryland School of Law.
Vice President of Business Development
Brian Kelly has over 20 years' experience leading business development, sales and marketing teams for growth stage technology companies. At eOriginal, Brian is responsible for business development activities in new markets and strategic partner programs.
Brian previously served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mobile System 7, an enterprise security company. At Mobile System 7, his team developed and managed strategic OEM/channel relationships with leading technology companies. Prior to Mobile System 7, Brian was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for KZO Innovations, an enterprise video application provider. At KZO, he led all sales and channel partner programs from inception to the acquisition of the company by Bedford Funding, a private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Brian held senior leadership positions in business development and sales at Vettro, VeriSign and at JP Morgan Chase.
He holds a MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
General Manager, Digital Mortgage
With a proven track record of selling and delivering multi-million dollar solutions to the financial services industry, Simon Moir has extensive experience bringing new products to market and engaging with partners, OEMs and system integrators.
During his career Simon has worked for both privately-held companies and specialty divisions of larger publicly-traded organizations. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Savana, a SaaS provider that delivers transformative technology designed to support more efficient and compliant banking and mortgage lending operations. Prior to Savana, Simon was Senior Director of Mortgage Technology at CoreLogic. Simon joined CoreLogic through its acquisition of Dorado, a successful, privately held mortgage technology company based in Bay Area.
As General Manager of Digital Mortgage, Simon will focus on the development and execution of eOriginal’s mortgage growth strategy, including product and service roadmap development to aggressively expand this business.
Originally from New Zealand, Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Canterbury.
Vice President, Product Management
As vice president of product management, Karl is tasked to build and scale robust functionality, applying his product management knowledge and serial successes in growth-phase companies. Over his career, Matthews has held a number of product management positions, including 10 years at Adobe managing a portfolio of desktop, server and services business lines with a primary focus on document authoring and publishing. He has also held leadership roles for small/mid-sized SaaS companies. Most recently, Matthews served as chief product officer at Acendre, driving the product roadmap and leading the Australian-based product team.
