Stephen F. Bisbee
President & CEO

Stephen Bisbee is president and CEO of eOriginal, a provider of vaulted repository and electronic transaction management solutions. Mr. Bisbee is the co-inventor of the eOriginal process, envisioning a unique solution for tying electronic and legal processes to security technologies to reduce the inefficiencies of paper-based transactions.

Mr. Bisbee has more than 18 years of experience as a corporate attorney specializing in commercial transactions, financing and development. For several years he held a leadership role among the American Bar Association committees establishing legal standards for electronic commerce. Prior to his corporate attorney activities, Bisbee was vice president of a New York-based restoration company.

Mr. Bisbee is also currently president of J.J. Burns & Co. Inc., a privately held investment company, and serves on the advisory council of Waverly Management LLC, a firm specializing in private foundation asset and operation management. He is also a board member for the Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA).

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University and graduated from the Boston College School of Law, where he became a founding member of the school's business advisory council.


Bryan K. Caporlette
Technology Advisor

Mr. Caporlette has an extensive background in software product strategy, architecture, and development and is a noted expert on the development and application of eXtensible Markup Language (XML) technology into software solutions. He has successfully marketed, packaged, and delivered software products from inception to the marketplace in multiple target industries, including financial services, document conversion, content management, web services, and portal software. Mr. Caporlette is the Chief Technology Officer for G&G Outfitters based in Lanham, Maryland. As CTO of the company and its affiliates, Mr. Caporlette is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the organization. He works with executive management to grow the company through developing, acquiring and adapting technologies that support the ongoing operational efficiencies of the business. In this position he establishes the technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technological development.

Mr. Caporlette served as CTO and COO of eOriginal from 2001- 2013. Prior, he was the Executive Vice President of Strategic Technology for Sequoia Software Corporation, the leading provider of XML-pure portal software. He was a member of the senior management team through the successful IPO in 2000 and acquisition by Citrix in May 2001 for US$ 185 Million. Mr. Caporlette was responsible for technology direction, software requirements and architecture, as well as serving as the company's technical representative to several industry groups, such as W3C and OASIS.

Prior to Sequoia, Mr. Caporlette held several engineering leadership positions with companies within the content management, document management, document conversion, and aerospace industries. He began his career with the United States Air Force (USAF), at Armstrong Laboratory in Wright-Patterson AFB. He was awarded the Chief Scientists and Technical Achievement awards for his work in the development and authoring of MIL-STD-87269. Mr. Caporlette graduated from Miami University, with a BS in Systems Analysis.


Jim Tebay
Vice President of Business Development

Jim Tebay has extensive experience as a business development executive and consultant with a wide variety of technology software and services companies. He is responsible for business development activities in new markets and partner alliances.

Prior to joining eOriginal, Mr. Tebay served in a organizational and business development consulting capacity for one of the largest BPO firms in the US, Vice President Sales and Marketing for Identitech, a knowledge management software company, Vice President Marketing/Business Development for DocuCorp International, an insurance, financial services and billing software firm, Regional VP of Sales and Vice President Strategic Marketing for Telxon Corporation, a leading international handheld computer manufacturer and was Manager of Consulting for Development Dimensions International, an international HR consulting firm.

Mr. Tebay holds a B.A. from Duquesne University and lives in Asheville, NC.


Randy Crow
Senior Vice President of Sales

Responsible for driving sales and business development activities in new markets and partner alliances at eOriginal, Randy Crow has nearly 30 years of experience leading enterprise sales for both blue chip technology companies and startups

Mr. Crow joined eOriginal after 10 years in executive sales at Open Text and Tripwire. He was most recently Vice President in North America’s enterprise content management (ECM) and business process management (BPM) industries, responsible for the overall business operations, strategy and sales for Open Text’s industry team of Public Sector, encompassing federal, state and local government, utilities and higher education He began his career at Xerox before holding high-profile executive roles leading sales and operations at Quest Software, Business Objects and Sybase. Mr. Crow has earned a M.S. in Business and Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland.


Valerie Daly
Director of Customer Services

Mrs. Daly has been driving customer success since 1995 and has been defining and growing the eOriginal Customer Services team since 2003. In her role, she provides the communication bridge between technology and business stakeholders and aids them in defining, not only the strategic vision, but the path to achieving that vision. Acting as the customer advocate on the product management team, Mrs. Daly is responsible for relaying customer needs to the product roadmap.

Mrs. Daly began her career as a technology and process consultant with Accenture, formerly Anderson Consulting. She has held management positions on technology projects in the government and private sectors, and, prior to joining eOriginal, served as Services Director at Sequoia Software. Mrs. Daly's background in solution development, methodology, and customer satisfaction defines the foundation for the eOriginal Customer Services team's approach to driving customer success. Mrs. Daly graduated from James Madison University, with a degree in Business Management and currently fulfills several leadership roles as a volunteer at her children's school.


Adam Attinello
Vice President of Software Engineering

Adam Attinello has served as eOriginal's Director of Software Engineering since January 2012. In this role, he is responsible for the development, planning, and execution of eOriginal's core product lines. Mr. Attinello started with the company in 2006 as Quality Assurance Automation Engineer while attending the University of Maryland Baltimore County's Computer Science undergraduate program.

After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mr. Attinello became eOriginal's Lead Quality Assurance Engineer and Application Specialist. He quickly excelled in this position helping to deploy, manage, and maintain several customer environments. In June of 2008 Mr. Attinello joined eOriginal's Product Management Team as the Manager of Software Engineering.


Elizabeth S. McClure
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

In her role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for eOriginal, Elizabeth McClure provides legal advice and counsel to the Board of Directors and Company executives, and manages the Company's intellectual property portfolio of patents, trademarks and copyright registrations. Ms. McClure has been with eOriginal for 14 years, starting as Assistant General Counsel in October 2005. She has brought to her role an extensive background in both licensing on demand and on premises software solutions and in the impact of privacy compliance on technology company operations.

Ms. McClure has also served as General Counsel with Chesapeake System Solutions, Inc., a company offering financial reconciliation, unclaimed property compliance, commercial bank account analysis, and corporate treasury software solutions on an enterprise and an on demand basis. In her role, she focused on coordination of contract management and compliance from prospect generation through termination or expiration, and successfully negotiated high value enterprise and SaaS agreements with multinational corporations.

Earlier, Ms. McClure was an Associate with the law firm of Bowie & Jensen, LLC in Towson, Maryland, specializing in meeting the transactional needs of privately-held, small to medium sized technology companies. In that capacity she focused on technology licensing and services agreements, compliance with privacy laws and regulations such as HIPAA and GLB, and prosecuting trademark applications for registration.

Ms. McClure is Secretary for the Electronic Signatures and Records Association, and a member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland Bar Association. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Phi Beta Kappa from University of Maryland College Park, and her Juris Doctor degree with Honors from University of Maryland School of Law.
