Gary B. Wood
Executive Chairman

Gary B. Wood, Ph. D., serves as as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of eOriginal, Inc. and its parent company, Paperless Transaction Management, Inc., and has served as a Director since the inception of eOriginal in April 1996. Dr. Wood is co-founder of eOriginal  and also the President and the majority shareholder of Concorde Capital Corporation, a private equity investment management and mutual funds group he founded in 1987.

Additionally, Dr. Wood is the Chairman of the International Hospital Corporation, a multinational for-profit hospital company. He has extensive experience in investor-driven, start–up companies in manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, energy and e-commerce, as well as in capital markets and serves on the boards of several private companies. Dr. Wood currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas as a member of the Investment Committee and is a member and past chairman of the Society of International Business Fellows. He also served on the Board of Managers and the Budget and Finance Committee for the Parkland Health and Hospital System (Dallas County Hospital District) for six years and as a board member of Baylor University Medical Center Research Institute for ten years. 

Dr. Wood holds a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering, and an interdisciplinary Doctorate of Philosophy from Texas Tech University.

Brian Madocks
Chief Executive Officer

Brian Madocks is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of eOriginal, the leading digital transaction management solution provider. Brian is responsible for all aspects of eOriginal, including development and execution of company strategy and the execution of operating plans to achieve these goals.

With more than 25 years of experience in business technology and application software solutions, Brian has served as CEO of Revitas, Inc., Vitalyst, Inc. and SunGard Higher Education, as well as senior vice president and general manager of SAP America. Each of these companies grew significantly under Madocks’ leadership and resulted in successful outcomes for customers, partners, employees and shareholders.

Brian is on the Advisory Board of Summer Search, a national youth development organization that makes long-term investments in students from 10th grade through college graduation, and produces results three times better than the national average. Brian received his bachelor’s degree from Long Island University, C.W Post and an executive MBA from Insead in conjunction with SAP.

Stephen F. Bisbee

Stephen F. Bisbee serves as president of eOriginal, Inc., is a founder of eOriginal and is co-inventor of the eOriginal technologies. He oversaw the creation of unique eOriginal solutions enabling the efficiencies of fully digital commerce and continues to lead the growth of eOriginal.

Mr. Bisbee initiated the development of secure technology systems integrating business processes and legal parameters to enable the first fully electronic, multiparty mortgage, lease, and international trade transactions in the late 1990’s. In conjunction with creating and deploying these platforms, Mr. Bisbee was one of a small group of innovative legal experts that created the framework for the model Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and sections of the Uniform Commercial Code enabling electronic signatures and records to be utilized in commerce.  He supported the development of the ESIGN Act which provides a similar federal broad based legal foundation for these transformative processes. Mr. Bisbee is also the lead inventor for 109 patents issued in 41 countries protecting the proprietary eOriginal methods and processes for creation, transferability, management, access, maintenance, compliance and legal ownership of Electronic Original® documents.

As a pioneer in digital transaction management  and its subset technologies, such as electronic signature, vaulting and transaction services, Mr. Bisbee has testified before Congress, presented to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the Federal Reserve Board, state legislators, Fortune 500 companies, industry associations and others to share his unique experience and insights into the technological, business and legal applications of digital transformation  including the American Financial Services Association in development of standards for electronic processes and the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA). He serves on the ELFA Task Force on Electronic Chattel Paper and Documents, and has served various American Bar Association committees addressing legal standards for electronic commerce.

As a founding Member, Past-Chairman, current Board member and Chair of the Membership Committee, Mr. Bisbee is also a constant force assisting the rapidly growing Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA), and was honored by ESRA in 2014 with the organization’s first Cornerstone Award for his pioneering achievements in electronic commerce.

Mr. Bisbee received  a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Boston College School of Law, where he became a founding member of the Business Advisory Council. ​


Robert W. Heard 
Board Member

Robert W. (Bob) Heard provides eOriginal with counsel and advice based on more than 40 years of proven performance as a leader, builder, entrepreneur, problem-solver, innovator, and motivator in the technology sector.

With a uniquely successful track record in marketing and sales in the technology sector, Mr. Heard created and launched Credant Technologies, Inc. in 2001 to provide software that enables enterprises to secure and manage mobile endpoint computing devices including laptops, tablets, smartphones, USB and data security for cloud computing.

While raising more than $50 million in venture funding, Credant grew to more 1,200 customer on five continents. Credant was recognized by INC 500 in 2007 and 2008, and by Deloitte Fast 50 in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Mr. Heard was honored in 2005 as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Credant was acquired by Dell in 2012 to strengthen Dell’s computing solutions and improves the manageability, reliability and security engineered into its enterprise computing portfolio. Prior to launching Credant Technologies, Mr. Heard served in business development, marketing and sales leadership roles with Entrust Technologies, Sterling Commerce, Norell Service Corp., Shared Financial System, Information Resources, Inc., and IBM Corp. Mr. Heard holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and has completed Executive Studies in Marketing Management at Southern Methodist University.

David Reuter
Board Member

David Reuter is a Partner with LLR Partners, a private equity firm with more than $2 billion raised across four funds, focused on investing in software and technology-enabled services. He leads the software practice for LLR, helping entrepreneurs and executives build their businesses and create value. He supports a number of growth technology businesses in strategic planning, M&A, sales and marketing and talent development. David’s current investments include eOriginal, CoreDial, Logi Analytics, SparkPost, Tribridge and VersionOne. Previous investments include Maxwell Systems, Princeton Softech, Prophet 21, SDI Health and Welocalize.

David is also the Chairman of the Urban Blazers Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for at-risk and low-income youth to participate in outdoor activities to build confidence and self-esteem, and to develop an understanding and appreciation for nature and physical fitness.

David previously worked in accounting and consulting at Andersen and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University, where he graduated with honors.

Joe Rose
Board Member

Joe A. Rose has served on the eOriginal board since 2009, and on the board of the parent company, Paperless Transaction Management, since 2011. Mr. Rose brings more than 30 years of experience as an executive and investor for a number of successful companies involved in information technology.

Mr. Rose is Founder and President of Rosetta Partners, LLC, and is also its majority shareholder. Rosetta provides investors, boards and management of information technology and services companies with business consulting and interim executive leadership for startups, turnarounds, ownership transitions and strategic events.

Mr. Rose currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees for Kofax Limited, a global leader in data/image capture, business process management, business intelligence, analytics and mobile applications. Mr. Rose has also served on the public and private boards of SourceCorp, People Support, Inc., Captiva Software, Inc., Attenex, Inc., Metajure, Inc., Healthcare Payment Specialists, LLC, Identitech, Inc. and FormMaker Software, Inc.

Mr. Rose’s experience includes leadership roles guiding public and private companies through periods of exponential revenue growth and consolidation and acquisition. He has successfully served as President/CEO & Executive Director for Healthcare Payment Specialists, LLC and for FormMaker Software, Inc., while previously serving as Executive Vice President of Financial Services at National Data Corporation and Executive Vice President /COO & Executive Director for SourceCorp, Inc.

In addition to numerous executive and leadership certificates, Mr. Rose earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University after serving in the United States Marine Corps.
