Jon Barlow

Jon Barlow provides eOriginal with counsel and advice based on his experience as a pioneer in the rapidly growing peer-to-peer/marketplace lending industry and shares his insights into the requirements and concerns of investors working with financial assets. 

Mr. Barlow is the founder and former CEO of Eaglewood Capital Management, a leading asset management firm that specializes in online and marketplace lending investment strategies and completed the first ever securitization with peer-to-peer loans. The successful securitization earned Eaglewood Capital the Innovator of the Year Award at the 2014 LendIt Conference. 

At the helm of Eaglewood Capital, Mr. Barlow led the sale of the company to an affiliate of Marshall Wace LLP (MW Eaglewood), a London-based alternative asset manager. He served as MW Eaglewood's global CEO, overseeing its New York and London business units, and as a member of its board of directors until 2015. 

During his tenure at Eaglewood, Mr. Barlow assisted with the successful initial public offering of P2P Global Investments (ticker "P2P"), the world's first publicly traded peer-to-peer debt investment vehicle, on the London Stock Exchange. 

Prior to founding Eaglewood Capital, Mr. Barlow worked for Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, a New York-based asset manager, and Lehman Brothers, where he worked as a Portfolio Manager and Vice President within proprietary trading. He started his career in Equity Research at J.P. Morgan.  

Mr. Barlow currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Money360 and Marketlend. He is also an Advisory Board member for Harmoney and Crowdnetic. Mr. Barlow graduated with a bachelor's in accounting, cum laude, from Brigham Young University and is a CFA® charterholder. 

Richard K. Kneipper

Richard K. Kneipper joined the eOriginal Advisory Board in the next stage of a career that has weaved financial and legal expertise with innovative technology applications. Mr. Kneipper is the co-founder of Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc. (formerly PHNS Inc.), the largest independent provider of information technology, medical records and revenue cycle services to hospitals, physician practice groups and other healthcare providers.

From 1999 to 2013, he held a variety of executive positions including Chief Executive Officer (Interim), Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, and Chairman of its Healthcare Innovation Council. Mr. Kneipper also is the Founder, CEO/Manager and owner of Shady Knoll Orchards & Distillery LLC, which has a cider apple orchard in the Hudson River Valley of New York and is establishing a specialty craft distillery to produce apple brandy and bourbon. Previously, he served as a partner in the Dallas, Tex. office of Jones Day, an international law firm. He served in numerous executive management roles at Jones Day, and also was Of Counsel.

He specialized in mergers/acquisitions/tender offers, private and public financings, corporate transactions, corporate governance and proxy contests. He began his career as a partner/associate in the New York City office of Chadbourne & Parke, LLP, a Wall Street/international law firm. Mr. Kneipper received his J.D. from Cornell University Law School and his B.S. from Washington and Lee University.

Ron Suber

As President of Prosper Marketplace, Ron is responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy to attract borrowers to the site, as well as ensure a balance between institutional and retail investors on the Prosper platform. He brings more than 20 years' experience in sales, marketing and business development across the hedge fund, broker dealer and registered investment advisor industries.

Before Prosper, Ron was Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to Wells Fargo, Ron served as the Head of Global Sales and Marketing and Senior Partner for Merlin Securities. Ron also served as President of Spectrum Global Fund Administration, and spent 14 years at Bear Stearns where he served as Senior Managing Director and Manager of Global Clearing Sales.
